Adult Study Ministries

At Zion on the Hill, our Adult Study Ministries provide opportunities to grow deeper in faith through small group interactions. These gatherings create space to ask questions, engage in meaningful discussion, and apply God's Word to daily life. In a smaller setting, relationships are strengthened, support is shared, and faith comes alive in community. Whether you're exploring the Bible for the first time or seeking to deepen your discipleship, these studies are an essential part of walking with Jesus together.

"If you picture the Bible to be a mighty tree and every word a little branch, I have shaken every one of these branches because I wanted to know what it was and what it meant."

— Martin Luther

Lunch Bunch

Looking for good food and even better company? Zion's Lunch Bunch is a fellowship opportunity open to all adults who enjoy sharing a meal and conversation with church friends – both familiar faces and new ones!

We gather at Friendly's Restaurant (432 Loucks Rd., York, PA) on the third Wednesday of each month at noon. There's no agenda – just a warm welcome, a friendly table, and time to connect.

3rd Wednesday of each month at noon

Women's Ministry

All women are part of the Women's Ministry at Zion on the Hill! The Women's Ministry Team hosts two retreats each year: one in the fall and one in the spring at one of our two Lutheran camping sites.

Throughout the year, the Women's Ministry also offers other opportunities to gather – such as movie nights, poolside fellowship, and more.

Gather & Grow

A Women's Bible Study meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month throughout the year. If you're looking to grow closer to Jesus, strengthen your Bible study habits, and build friendships with other Christian women, this is the place for you!
